MipTec 2008 – Great success
From October 14 – 16,2008 - MipTec – The Leading European Event for Drug Discovery and BioValley Life Sciences Week attracted over 2300 participants to the Congress Center Basel, Switzerland. For the first time, MipTec participants could register free which resulted in a massive increase in registrations of some 250%. The exhibition and science sessions were buzzing with discussion and ideas. The synergy between these 2 events caused a momentum to build up to an industrial exhibition, beautifully presented over a 900 m² area. The interaction between MipTec and BioValley Life Sciences Week offered an excellent opportunity for networking and information sharing to the participants and highlighted the importance of the Life Sciences Community in Basel.
Below a few impressions of MipTec 2008.
