Instructions for Speakers and Authors

 

Oral Presentations
Each meeting room will be equipped with a PC and a data projector for PowerPoint presentations only. Each Speaker can review the presentation at the lecture hall Montreal, where it must be handed in at least one hour before the session.
(PowerPoint files can be brought on a CD-ROM, memory stick, zip drive or laptop.)

Authors are kindly asked to be present at their posters during their respective Poster Session and the

All authors are required to mount and remove their posters at the above mentioned times.

 

Location of Posters
The poster exhibition will take place in the Exhibition Hall.

Publication of Abstracts
All accepted abstracts are published in the MipTec 2008 Final Program available during the conference.
